How to maintain a slim waist 365 days per year


At first,you have to get to know your body and you have to go on a journey of self-discovery to see what works for you.There’s three different types of bodies,endomorph,mesomorph and ectomorph.You can go google that when you figure out what type a body you have. That’s actually gonna help you to discover what kind of diet and exercise are better for you .

For example ,if you are an endomorph body,you will built muscle really fast . It’s harder for you to 

lose weight,so you should go to the gym to lift weights and do a lot more cardio.If you are an

ectomorph body, it’s much easier and much faster to lose weight to get that naturally slim figure.

You should be very conscious of the foods that you’re eating and the lifestyle that you’re living and work very hard at staying fit.


Exercise is the most important thing.Do workout around five to six days each week.You can do about four days a week of weight training and do another two days of cardio.Or do four days a week of cardio and the other remaining days do weight training.For example,one day cardio,one day weight training and one day cardio, one day weight training.

It’s intense like sweating like never before and you feel like I’m gonna die,but It’s so rewarding when you’re done and you will love that feeling.This sounds crazy and it might be hard and difficult to take care of your body.But once you get into exercise and it will be a very rewarding experience feeling.It’s really important especially with the lifestyles that we live in the  apartment and barely get out of the house.

Don’t sit in front of a computer all day long.When you’re living such a sedentary lifestyle,you should go into your cardio and walk for at least 30 minutes a day.Exercise,for example running weight training and leg training,is important to shape the booty and sculpt the legs.


Diet is really figuring out what works for you. In our daily diets,here are two diet habit you must pay attention.

1.How much sugar should you eat daily?

Sugar is one of the most common food additives,used to improve the taste of food.Sugar is a derivative of carbohydrate-based foods, most sugar is hiding in some pretty unexpected places.

Added sugar is the unhealthy ingredient in the modern diet,it provides calories with no added nutrients.The goal is to limit the amount of added sugar you’re eating from packaged foods.Ideal sources of sugar are those that occur naturally in foods with other beneficial nutrients like fiber,vitamins,and minerals,such as fruit and vegetable.

What is a safe amount of sugar to eat per day? According to the American Heart Association (AHA):

* Men: 150 calories per day (37.5 grams or 9 teaspoons)

* Women: 100 calories per day (25 grams or 6 teaspoons)

2.Try Refreshing Alternatives to Soda

Soda contains empty calories,which can contribute to weight gain.There are plenty of other refreshing beverages with nutritional value that you can drink instead of soda.

*Add fresh juice or vegetables to your water

Many flavored waters contain sugar or artificial sweeteners.A healthier choice is natural flavoring: just add your favorite fruit,vegetable-try lemons,orange,watermelon,tomota,cucumber to add to ice-cold water for a refreshing and flavorful drink.

*Try natural green tea,hot or iced

Green tea is calorie-free(if you have it without milk or sugar) and naturally high in antioxidants. Drink green tea hot or iced,and if you want a little sweetening, a few drops of honey will serve you well.

* Fake a lemon-lime soda to satisfy your citrus fix

Can’t give up your favorite citrus-flavored soda? Start with a glass of sparking and add a few lemon or lime(or both),which is calorie-free and low in carbohydrates.A little goes a long way,so use it sparingly.

*If you cant do dairy,consider soy milk

For those who are lactose intolerant or who can’t consume dairy,soy milk can be a good protein-packed,plant-based alternative.Look for low-fat,unsweetened boy beverages to reduce calories.If you are drinking it as a substitute for milk,choose soy milk with nutrients,such as calcium and vitamin D.

*If you need caffeine,have a cup of coffee

Unsweetened coffee,either black or with a small amount of nonfat or low-fat milk,would be the healthiest option.Coffee’s caffeine can help with mental altertness and physical performance,but recommend that you drink no more than a couple of cups a day.
